Refund and cancellation policy

30-day refund window
You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial Relayfield license purchase or optional update-access renewal by emailing support@relayfield.app from the email address used at checkout. Include the Paddle transaction or invoice number when available.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Bank and payment-network processing times may vary. We may deactivate refunded licenses and update entitlements after the refund is completed.
Abuse and legal rights
We may decline requests involving fraud, repeated refund abuse, unauthorized resale, or material violation of the license terms. This policy does not limit any non-waivable refund, withdrawal, or consumer rights that apply where you live.
Cancellation and renewals
Relayfield is sold as a perpetual license with a fixed update-access period. The $49.99 update renewal is an optional one-time purchase and does not automatically renew. There is no recurring Relayfield subscription to cancel.
