Our approach

Relayfield is designed to keep connection information and operational activity on your computer. This website should collect only the information required to complete purchases, deliver licenses, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

Information processed

When you purchase Relayfield, our payment provider processes your payment and billing information. We receive order details such as your name, email address, country, transaction identifier, product purchased, and payment status. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

License activation processes the license key, an installation identifier, the app version, and information necessary to enforce the three-computer activation limit. Support messages contain the information you choose to send us.

How information is used

Information is used to fulfill purchases, issue and validate licenses, provide eligible updates, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, satisfy accounting obligations, and protect the service.

Service providers and retention

Payment, transactional email, hosting, and security providers process limited information on our behalf or as independent controllers. Order and tax records may be retained for legally required periods. Operational records should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for licensing, security, and support.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing privacy@relayfield.app. Some transaction records must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.
