Relayfield license terms

License grant
A completed Relayfield purchase grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased software version on up to three computers controlled by that customer, subject to these terms.
Updates
The initial $79.99 USD purchase includes access to eligible updates published during the first year following purchase. When that period ends, the licensed software continues to function. A $49.99 USD update renewal extends eligibility for another year; it is not required to continue using an already licensed version.
Restrictions
You may not resell or share a license key, bypass activation controls, distribute modified copies, use the software to access systems without authorization, or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Ownership and acceptable use
Relayfield and its licensors retain ownership of the software and associated intellectual property. You are responsible for the systems you access and for complying with applicable laws, organizational policies, and third-party terms.
Refunds, warranty, and liability
Insert the final refund policy required by your payment provider and applicable consumer law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited as described in the final legally reviewed agreement.
